We ordered 2 peppermint hot chocolate and we ended up with 2 black coffees and on top of that our food was cold. And when I attempted to call to ask for a manager they conviently had the wrong number. Perfect freaking start to my day!

Consistently poor service. Shift managers appear incapable of managing anything. This morning was the last straw for us. We sat in the drive thru line for 23 minutes after ordering. Wife finally got out of the car and went inside to get the food. No apologies no explanation nothing. This place gives "fast food" a bad name. And they want $15 an hour ? Really ?
