  I'm tired of this place. They always mess up orders or forget stuff. I just ordered again, the driver forgot my sauces and even said he had them in a bag and forgot about it. I live literally a block and a half away from the store. (I just don't feel like driving) It's been about 30 minutes now and the driver still hasn't returned with what I ordered and paid for. I called the store and they said when they get a order out this way that's when they'll bring it. It's bullshit. I'm done with this dumbass store. My food is already cold waiting for the retarded driver

  Normally we have a great experience with this chain here in spring lake. In fact my husband likes to order from them frequently and tonight I was very disappointed with the way the staff handled a call. Now it is veterans day and I get that it can be exhausting getting calls from people asking about veterans deals but still their should be a level or professionalism and respect for those who do serve. Now when I called I didn't ask for free, I asked if there was a veterans deal. Now I was going to order something if there was or not. The staff member on the phone said that it was bothersome to him that people were calling about it and the tone of his voice was utter disrespect. With that I decided to change my mind and go with another pizza company. It was the fact that you know this is a military town and you can highly offend someone with that. People have and do defend this country, do service with sacrifice that many are not willing to give. What if I was veteran who was calling and had a great loss by providing my service to this country? You pretty much told them that they were not significant when instead you could of provided exceptional customer service by saying I am sorry we do not but if you are a veteran let me say thank you for your sacrifice and service to our nation. That is how you appropriately answer that without offending someone who is very well deserving of this day to give thanks and remember those who have fallen. I for one will not be ordering from this specific location because your lack of customer service and respect to those who do serve and have served. I hope I was the only one to hear your words instead of some veteran who would deserve better.

  I've worked in a pizza place and know how pizzas are made. I received a pizza with toppings slid to one side and not cooked all the way through. They replaced the mistake with another pizza that was not fully cooked through. I will not buy from them in the future.
